I. What’s Different in this Release

SwitchConnex software V5.17.1 release introduces an update to International Calls and various software bug fixes.

New Functions, Features, and Enhancements - In support of our International Calls feature, we are releasing an enhancement that will no longer prompt a PIN code when transferring international calls.

Additional Fixes Include:
II. Browser Compatibility

  • Parking a call using the dashboard no longer causes an exception in portal component.
  • Cached elements will automatically expire within the configured time period to avoid issues occurring due to stale data.
  • Fix for issues related to Transferring of International Calls incorrectly asking for PIN

While the SwitchConnex software minimizes browser dependencies due to our user interface (UI) design, the following browsers have been the target of our testing. Other browsers may work, but the extent of Steel Town Tech’s testing is with the following browsers based on their wide scale adoption and use.

- Google Chrome™ version – 46.0.2490.86 (32 & 64 bit)
